[safnog-oc] SAFNOG/EANOG/tzNOG Announcement - Final Draft

Thanks, Frank.

I'm fine with this - we can work this in the program.

No problem with running the 1st day of the tzNOG workshop in parallel to
SAFNOG/EANOG/TISPA.
