[safnog-oc] SAFNOG/EANOG/tzNOG Announcement - Final Draft

Dear Mark,

I will let my colleagues to contribute but I would like to point out 
that in the past tzNOG agenda has been for 5 days (Monday to Friday).

After the discussion and from past experience of safnog events, I was 
told that safnog conferences have been mostly for 2 days and that is why 
we proposed tzNOG6 to be from Wednesday to Saturday (4 days).

Practically we can't have tznog training for 3 days (27th to 29th) but 
can be adjusted to 4 days. Most tzNOG OC members were not in favor of 
the alternative of having tzNOG training until Sunday (as the last day).
