Dear Mark,

I will let my colleagues to contribute but I would like to point
out that in the past tzNOG agenda has been for 5 days (Monday to
Friday).

After the discussion and from past experience of safnog events, I
was told that safnog conferences have been mostly for 2 days and
that is why we proposed tzNOG6 to be from Wednesday to Saturday (4
days).

Practically we can't have tznog training for 3 days (27th to
29th) but can be adjusted to 4 days. Most tzNOG OC members were
not in favor of the alternative of having tzNOG training until
Sunday (as the last day).

We agreed for the tzNOG training to be for 4 days (26th to 29th
Sept 2018).

Naturally, we don't want the conference and the tzNOG workshop to
clash.

I am really keen on doing a 3-day meeting this year for SAFNOG,
especially since we also have EANOG on-board. Is there any chance
we can have tzNOG running 27th - 29th?

Alternatively, we could only have the clash on the 26th, where the
tzNOG either starts the whole day, or starts in the afternoon.

Grateful if the OC members can be more active in discussing these
plans, as it is delaying making announcements to the community.
E-mail will be the our most active mode of communication.

Also, once we put something out into the wild, it's almost
impossible to pull it back, so let's participate actively please.
Thanks.

Mark.
