[safnog-oc] SAFNOG/EANOG/tzNOG Announcement - Final Draft

That is okay, we can make this part of the overall agenda.

Right now, I really need to get the announcement out with the basic
dates, as we are already one week behind. The web site is set.

I'll give it until 2100hrs EAT tonight, and if nothing else, will push
the announcement out.
