the whole day, or starts in the afternoon.<br>

Grateful if the OC members can be more
active in discussing these plans, as it is
delaying making announcements to the
community. E-mail will be the our most
active mode of communication. <br>

Also, once we put something out into the
wild, it's almost impossible to pull it
back, so let's participate actively please.
