Good morning Nellie,

Thank you for sharing the hotel details – just to clarify- the event venue is Sunbird Capital Hotel and not BICC correct? You have BICC distance as “within the venue” and Sunbird Capital Hotel as 200m from venue. Please confirm.

Wrt the conversation lounge, yes it should be separate from the conference room, but not far or closed off from the exhibition area. Perhaps if we can have the floor plan we can see what we are working with and assign a specific part of the exhibition hall as the conversation lounge.

Will appreciate he floor plan soonest as a sponsorship is dependent on whether or not we can provide such a space in the exhibition area.

Find the attached list of hotels. I have blocked 10 room at BICC (umodzi park president hotel) and 10 rooms at Capital Hotel (venue).

Conversation room will be available but separate from the conference room.
