Good day Geoff,



Please kindly confirm the hotel conference rates, I saw a mention of  $85 p/p per night for bed and breakfast? We will appreciate the feedback soonest so that we can put it up on the website.



We would appreciate it if the hotel could provide us with a link for the delegates to book on the special rates or if they can create a special code i.e. “SAFNOG8-2023” for our delegates to get the special rates when booking.



Please also recommend alternative accommodation near the main venue – two or three alternatives should be fine.



We will also appreciate travel guidelines to Zambia, including:

  *   health regulations for Zambia i.e. yellow card etc.
  *   visa requirements (we will need assistance with letters from the local host for those who require visa, we will be happy to assist with a daft template if required)
  *   local transport – the best way to move around in Lusaka
