Please find attached.
This was received on Friday.
The cost of the conference facility has increased from K101,000 to K151,000 to accommodate the latest requirements.
Linda and myself will need to go through to the venue, later this week, to better understand the layout and how it can acter for the requirements.

Please share the venue floor plan with us including the exhibition hall where the sponsors will have their tables located. At the moment we can plan for 10 exhibition tables.

Please also share an update regarding the contract for the venue.
