So Geoff, typically, we look for the below:

  * 3 projection screens (left, middle and right).
  * 2 speaker monitors (on the floor, facing the stage).
  * 1 stand mic on a podium for the speaker.
  * 1 free mic for speakers to use so they can walk on stage.
  * 1 wireless clicker with integrated laser pointer.
  * 1 speaker laptop to consolidate all presentations in one place.
  * 3 floor mics for the audience to engage (left, middle and right of
    the room).
  * Power bars to cover every table so participants can charge their
    devices.
  * Adequate sound stage to surround the entire room (front, rear and
    sides).
