pointer.</font></li>
<li><font face="Tahoma">1 speaker laptop to consolidate all
presentations in one place.</font></li>
<li><font face="Tahoma">3 floor mics for the audience to engage
(left, middle and right of the room).</font></li>
<li><font face="Tahoma">Power bars to cover every table so
participants can charge their devices.</font></li>
<li><font face="Tahoma">Adequate sound stage to surround the
entire room (front, rear and sides).</font></li>
