TISPA would like to add two workshops

1-Nishal to explain the logics of effective routing (with many IXPs) to
all the ISPs in TZ connecting to several IXPs.  We are having some issues
now that we have many IXs.

2-  Also from Frank  " last thursday at ipv6 taskforce we had the idea of
sitting people
down "do it, now, here, this way" - voluntarily - during the same time."
We want it done there and then.
