The Nigerian Peering and Interconnection Forum (ngPIF), organized by the Nigerian Network Operators Group and Internet eXchange Point of Nigeria (IXPN) will hold the ngPIF 2021 from the 26th - 28th October 2021.


The event theme is “Building a Stronger Peering & Interconnection System in Nigeria”  and it is scheduled to be a virtual event.


ngPIF 2021 will bring together Internet Service Providers, Exchange points, Infrastructure providers,  Data Centres, Content Distribution Networks, Research and Education Networks, Innovators, OTT service providers and major Internet service consumers likeHEI, Government agencies, private companies and Civil Society.


On the 26th and 28th October - ngPIF  2021 activities will feature a 2-day hands-on technical Bootcamp which will cover IPV6 & Border Gateway Protocol training, No cost Community services for Network Operators and Mutually Agreed Norms for Routing Security  (MANRS).


The 27th October - The one-day virtual conference will feature engaging technical discussions on the status of peering in Nigeria while also looking at the global perspective with the aim of addressing Nigeria’s unique interconnection challenges and opportunities.
