[safnog] Optimization of SAFNOG Mailing List(s)

Hi all.

As some of you may have noticed a test e-mail from me, this is in an 
effort to optimize how we handle the mailing list, as the SAFNOG 
Management Committee works toward streamlining its processes.

As such, the mailing lists will move from <list_name>@safnog.org to 
<list_name>@lists.safnog.org.

Please update your address books so your messages to the list(s) do not 
bounce.

We shall continue to support the <list_name>@safnog.org for 3 months, to 
catch any e-mails that may be routed that way by mistake. Thanks.
