Hello all.

For those of you that have arrived in Johannesburg, South 
Africa, to attend SAFNOG-1, welcome!

We trust that your travel and hotel arrangements are to your 
satisfaction.

For those of you already based in Johannesburg, we hope you 
enjoyed the Easter weekend and are ready for the meeting 
which starts tomorrow, 22nd April, 2014.

For those attending the meeting, you would have already 
registered your attendance. In case you have not yet done 
so, kindly visit www.safnog.org and complete your 
registraton.

Below is some information you might find useful in the 
following days:

CONFERENCE LOCATION:

BADGE PICK-UP & REGISTRATION:
Kindly present either you electronic registration ticket, 
business card or some form of valid identification when you 
arrive at the registration counter tomorrow morning, 22nd 
April, 2014. This will be used to issue you your delegate 
badge.

VALIDATE PARKING:
For participants who will be driving into the hotel for the 
conference, kindly collect free validated parking tickets to 
be used on exit from the registration counter.

AGENDA & PROGRAM:
The final agenda and program can be found at www.safnog.org.

Wi-Fi & INTERNET ACCESS
Internet access will be available in and around the 
conference ballrooms from 0001hrs tomorrow morning, 22nd 
April, 2014. The wi-fi SSID is "SAFNOG1". No password 
authentication is required.

EXHIBITION:
Exhibitors will display their stands around the ballroom 
area, and they will be accessible from 0900hrs tomorrow 
morning, 22nd April, 2014.

LUNCH:
Lunch will be served at the Hilton Tradewinds restaurant, on 
the same floor as the conference, from 1230hrs - 1400hrs on 
the 22nd and 23rd April, 2014. The menu will be the same for 
all participants, however, vegeterian, kosher and halal will 
be available as well.

TEA & COFFEE BREAKS:
Tea & coffee breaks will be served just outside the 
Ballrooms 1 & 2 conference halls at 1030hrs - 1100hrs, and 
at 1530hrs - 1600hrs on the 22nd and 23rd April, 2014.

OPENING COCKTAIL RECEPTION:
The opening cocktail reception will be held at Ballroom 3 at 
the Hilton Sandton hotel on the 22nd April, 2014, 1845hrs - 
2200hrs.

CLOSING DINNER SOCIAL:
The closing dinner social will be held at the Kong Roast 
restaurant at the Cedar Square in Fourways, Johannesburg. 
Complimentary bus transportation will be made available and 
participants are encouraged to gather at the Hilton Sandton 
hotel lobby no later than 1915hrs on the 23rd April, 2014, 
to be driven to the restaurant.

LUCKY DRAWS:
Stand a chance to win either an iPad Mini, iPad Mini with 
Retina Display or iPad Air by dropping off your business 
card in the Lucky Draw Bowl which will be situated at the 
registration counter.

FREE LUGGAGE ROOM:
For your departure from the hotel at the end of the 
conference, kindly check with the hotel lobby on storing 
your luggage in case you check-out of the hotel but are not 
yet ready to leave the city for your final destination.

SECURITY:
We strongly urge you remain prudent and vigilant throughout 
the conference. We recommend keeping an eye on your 
valuables at all times, and not to leave them unattended in 
the conference room or exhibition area.

If you have any questions or require further clarification 
on anything, please feel free to approach the registration 
counter just next to Ballroom 1 at any time.
