October. We are confirming the Exhibitor booth requirements and plan to visit the hotel tomorrow after which a quote will be provided.</span><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:2.25pt;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt;mso-ligatures:standardcontextual;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">We have requested whether we can host the ICANN training for a max of 50
people on the 4<sup>th</sup>. Awaiting confirmation. We do however have a plan B in that should this not be available, Paratus has a facility at their Data Centre (approx. 1.5km from The Taj) which can handle 35 people comfortably. We are also following up
on a Plan C which is the Southern Sun Ridgeway (approx. 300m from the Taj). We think we can get the ICANN training sorted.</span><o:p></o:p></li></ul>

at the end of the day / during the drinks and networking event. </span><o:p></o:p></li></ul>

and will start to send this out. We will need some budget to “boost” the event so I will fund raise within the association.</span><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:2.25pt;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo2"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt;mso-ligatures:standardcontextual;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">We would like to use the agenda as part of the marketing plan. Can we use

products and events. We will allocate one of these to SAFNOG (mid-September?).
