earlier, paying using VISA/Mastercard is not common in
Tanzania as Mobile Money option is widely used hence
the importance of emphasizing onsite registration.

registration, this option of onsite registration is
not that visible and its easier for someone not to
figure it our as the font is to tiny.</p>

given either free pass or find a way to fund their
participation.</p>
