              week, where we had 700 registrants *confirm* attendance,

            We have always had room for free participants. In the past,
            the delivery mode was OC members got 10 complimentary codes
            and would issue those to their network to rego for free. Do
            we feel this is something that would help? If so, we can get
            those codes quickly issued and we can all distribute them to
            those we feel should come but can't afford to.<br>

            More than likely, it will be local folk, as anyone spending
            money to fly into DAR can afford US$50.<br>
