I think more of a lounge type of are where they may want to set up some couches/chairs and cocktail tables – they would want this to be within the exhibition space instead of a meeting room.

Hi Portia,

Thanks for flagging this. I have discussed with Steve and Nellie and on this side we are OK with making it a “no-charge” event. But I guess we shall have to require registration, and even then, vet applicants before we can confirm them to ensure that we have the “right crowd”? Happy to hear your suggestions on how to manage this.

With regards to a conversation space, that can be arranged - for how many people would this need to be? And is it a lounge type seating arrangement or a small meeting room type arrangement? Nellie is checking now and I will be going to the venue in about to hours so check on proposed spaces so this feedback can be helpful.
