Good morning All,

Firstly, please find the updated Attendee List from this morning:

  *   Everyone: check the OC sheet
  *   @Nkhondo Chirwa<mailto:chirwa.nkhondo at gmail.com>: use the Website sheet to update the website please.

Secondly- the actions items from Wednesday’s meeting:

  1.  Program: Mark advised Brian has 8-10 papers pending submission
  2.  T-shirt design - COB Wed: Clement
  3.  Technical setup- Mark Tinka
     *   PA and AV system
     *   2 to 3x floating mics for the floor questions
     *   Projection screens – x3
     *   Monitor for prenter
     *   Wifi/ internet connection – INQ + SimbaNET
     *   NB: power adapters 2 to3x per table
     *   Nellie to confirm with venue but venue to provide everything
  4.  Workshop- Peering workshop to be finalised including promotion and registration setup by Abdul after feedback from Brian
  5.  Banners- Final banners to design to be sent to Nellie – Portia & Tarryn
  6.  Social- 14 Aug will be dinner and 15 Aug will be a network social
  7.  Venue- Booking at Umodzi Park not accepting discount code. Nellie to check
  8.  NB: Website updating – pending release from DevBoks
  9.  Sponsorships: No new sponsors
     *   MACRA sent out letters
     *   ISOC Chapter sent out letters the previous Friday
