  1.  If logos can be confirmed by Wednesday, it is possible to print the backdrop and banners here within the remaining days.
  2.  Please update us on T-shirts we have few days for printing.
  3.  Option 2 is ok for banner.

Thank you for your email.  We were considering making the backdrop digital, as logos are still being confirmed and we might run out of time to print.

The idea is to display the backdrop design on the main screen display. Let us know what you think?

Kindly review the design templates for the following marketing collateral. Once confirmed, the final designs will be shared for payment/print/production.

  1.  Digital Backdrop

     *   Two artwork options - please select your preferred option by 1 Aug.
     *   Logos can be added as we progress through the planning process.
     *   This will be displayed on the screen/projector in the stage area.

  1.  Banner Design

     *   Four artwork options - please select your preferred option by 1 Aug.
     *   Confirm the quote and payment by 1 Aug to ensure the banner is printed in time for the conference.

  1.  T-Shirt Design

     *   @safnog-oc at lists.safnog.org: refer to the T-shirt PDF document for the design idea and provide your feedback.
     *   @MwNOG Team - does your supplier have the print-ready artwork?
     *   Confirm the quote and payment by 1 Aug to ensure the t-shirts are printed in time for the conference.
