[safnog-oc] SAFNOG-8: Use of Mailing List

Hi all.

Please note that there are many e-mails that have not been delivered to 
the members of the SAFNOG-OC because in addition to the mailing list, 
over 10 other e-mail addresses are being added to the sender list.

The mail server will block those e-mails as it will assume it is spam.

Moving forward, please just send e-mail to the person you are directing 
it + the mailing list address. Only those two will be enough, and the 
e-mail will come through.

I will release the others that have been held. Thanks.
