Hi Geoff and Linda,

I hope that you are doing well.

Our sponsors will need to ship their marketing stuff (banners, giver-aways etc.) for the conference.

Please assist with the following information:

  1.  Shipping address and contact person that all sponsors can use when shipping
  2.  Shipping instructions
  3.  Customs requirements/ tips for shipping to Zambia (i.e. are there any restrictions/ limit on the value of goods being shipped; customs clearance process etc.)

Each organisation will be advised that they are responsible for the customs clearance, and advised to ship their material DDP (duties and customs VAT paid).
