[safnog-oc] SAFNOG 4 | Wrap Up

Hey Folks,

Good morning from Sunny Queensland!

Really sorry that I couldn't be in Tanzania but I heard that SAFNOG 4 went
well and that almost 100 people turned up to this event.

We now need to wrap up the event and that includes:

1. Checking that all bills to be paid or shared are settled.  I understand
that TISPA paid for the social.  Can we have the invoice and see what
SAFNOG's share of the expenses would be.

2. Website work - Please get the bill for work done to update the website
so that we may pay this up.

3. Design work - Final invoice for the rebranding

4. On site bills and reimbursements, per diems if any.

I need to have the database of the attendees who turned up.  Specifically
name, organisation and email address.

We should write an email to all of them to thank them and to do a short
survey on how they felt the event went.

We also  need to thank our sponsor, our partners, volunteers and everyone
who has contributed to make this event happen and a success.

I probably have missed out some stuff, so please let me know.
