Thanks, Frank.

I believe that will be fine for your specific talk. However, in addition
to TIX and the local peering situation in Tanzania, it would be good to
include a broad view of the overall telecommunications landscape in the
country right now.

Perhaps that could be a talk on its own, if you believe that requires 30
minutes just to get through. If so, would be good for someone else to
give that talk. Any thoughts?
