Thanks, Noah.

Would suggest all proposals be sent into the submission system today for
the PC to review. However, just to note that the papers have to be
highly technical so that they are on-topic for our delegates.

For tzNIC, I would actually like to see something around the recent
instructions from the government that are forcing all companies in
Tanzania to register and use a .tz domain name. That should stir up
quite the debate.
