Hi Mark,

Apologies for this.

Here are the gist of the call.

1. MoU
Preparation of the MoU - Molly to circulate a draft to the committee =>
still outstanding

2. Sponsorship
Packages to be offered to sponsors - Molly to circulate for comments =>
still outstanding
Check if Bank of Tanzania can host the workshop(s) => Noah's action
For info, Hyatt is not appropriate for the workshops but is okay for the
conference

3. Mailing List
Add another persons to the mailing list => Mark's action

4. Discussion on roles of respective bodies
TISPA, tzNOG, and EANOG
TISPA will be undertaking the cost of the Conference whereas SAFNOG will
cover the socials and event costs.
Discussion on TISPA coming under the banner of tzNOG

5. Announcement of Event to community => Mark's action

These was what I captured on my notes.  Please advise of any errors or
omission.  I will work on the Sponsorship packages and draft MoU later
tonight.
