Thanks, John.
So I'm working on the CfP (Call for Paper), a draft of which I'll share
tonight. Once we all agree on the general topics to work on, we can
start pushing it out immediately.
After that, we can begin building the base program agenda skeleton. But
in general, I'm looking at the below:
* Main plenary for 30-minute conference presentations.
* Break-out room for 30-minute conferences presentation.
* Break-out room for 90-minute conference tutorials/workshops.
* Break-out room for 180-minute conference tutorials/workshops.
Note that the break-out rooms are not dedicated to holding general or
tutorial talks. We can use the rooms depending on the content and space
available.
I've asked Noah to reserve 1x plenary hall + 2x break-out rooms.
It's great to hear that Techminds and Cisco are keen to share a tutorial.
