Let's lock the dates in right away! I'm guessing getting SEACOM fibre
into there for the week won't be a problem.

Portia, please update the web site to indicate the conference will now
be held at the Serena.

Noah, we are going to need at least 2, maximum 3 conference rooms at the
Serena. One for the main plenary, and the other 2 for breakout sessions.
Please work with as we book the hotel resources. Thanks.
