It's a considered compromise between location, space, fibre connectivity
and facility services.

The Serena is undergoing work and may not be ideal.

Looking to expand this year's agenda, perhaps with some breakaways and
parallel sessions and tutorials.

We had demand for that last year, and holding stuff in a single plenary
hall limits options.
