So normally we refer to the "local host" as the entity that is
underwriting the costs of producing the event.

In this case, TISPA have agreed to underwrite the costs above and beyond
what is budgeted and cashed in receipts. That is generally how we
describe the local host.

I think it would be good if we had all the agendas on both web sites, so
that participants don't have to remember to open which web site for
which program. So the conference and workshop will both appear on the
SAFNOG and tzNOG web sites.

I think we should then also have some details on TISPA's web sites that
also point to both SAFNOG and tzNOG for the full agenda.
