Hi all.

Given that we have a little over 3 months, I'd like to suggest 2 WebEx
meetings this month, and another 2 in July. These will be touch base on
work that will mostly be happening via e-mail.

Then in August, I'll suggest we have weekly meetings until 1 week prior
to the conference.

For now, I'd like to suggest the below dates for the calls:

  * June:
      o 8th, 1000hrs SAST, 1100hrs EAT and 1800hrs AEST
      o 22nd, 1000hrs SAST, 1100hrs EAT and 1800hrs AEST

  * July:
      o 6th, 1000hrs SAST, 1100hrs EAT and 1800hrs AEST
      o 20th, 1000hrs SAST, 1100hrs EAT and 1800hrs AEST

  * August:
      o 3rd, 1000hrs SAST, 1100hrs EAT and 1800hrs AEST
      o 10th, 1000hrs SAST, 1100hrs EAT and 1800hrs AEST
      o 17th, 1000hrs SAST, 1100hrs EAT and 1800hrs AEST
      o 24th, 1000hrs SAST, 1100hrs EAT and 1800hrs AEST
      o 31st, 1000hrs SAST, 1100hrs EAT and 1800hrs AEST

  * September:
      o 7th, 1000hrs SAST, 1100hrs EAT and 1800hrs AEST
      o 14th, 1000hrs SAST, 1100hrs EAT and 1800hrs AEST
