[safnog-oc] Serena deposit

Hi all,

during today's call the question came up whether we have done any
advance payment to secure Serena.

I just talked to Mr Boma (TISPA) on the phone, and he updated that we're
ready to do that and are awaiting the proforma invoice from Serena,
which we expect on coming Monday.

He's also on this list, so - Mr Boma - please add anything if i'm
missing something.
