[safnog-oc] SAFNOG 4 / EANOG | Rego Status | Urgent attention required

Agreed that we all need to put our heads down and do our bits to push
for rego.

It should be easier this year because we are co-locating with EANOG and
tzNOG. So across the 3 of us, we should be able to rally our delegates,
but we need to go and chase them. In many cases, even individually.

I am busy chasing speakers for the development of the agenda, so I won't
have much time to chase registrations or other logistics. I will need
the support of the rest of the OC to do that.

Ultimately, folk won't come by themselves. We have to go make them.
