[safnog-oc] SAFNOG-4: Program Development

Hi all.

Just to let you know that we are feverishly working on the program
agenda, and will start uploading a draft to the web site soon.

Ernest/Michelle/John, I've added you to the PC mailing list. That is
where we will discuss papers as the stream in.

If you haven't already, please register on the submission system so that
you can view, rate and comment on papers that come in.

Also, as the EANOG representatives, kindly get your subscribers to
submit their papers soon so as not to miss out on slots. We shall be
filling them on a first-come, first-served basis, assuming the paper is
good for acceptance. Thanks.
