[safnog-oc] Fwd: [safnog] SAFNOG-4/EANOG/tzNOG Registration Now Open!

Well, if we are to use the Eventbrite rego to accept tzNOG
registrations, that means we'll collect their monies.

However, in terms of arranging for the actual workshop (logistics and
all), tzNOG would need to take care of this directly.
